I don't believe in God
But angels might exist
I know it's out of character
For me to tell you this

I'm not so sure today
That all of this is true
But perhaps I have a savior
And maybe she is you

I'll never understand
But I'll never ask you why
And I know that in this lifetime
Some part of me will die

But the honor is in living
And the glory lies in pain
And the simple truth to that
Is that both are still the same

It's nothing I can see
But it's something I can feel
No, I don't believe in God
But angels might be real...
